Barden Legal is working with a long established and very well regarded Dublin law firm who is seeking to appoint an ambitious solicitor/associate solicitor to their corporate team, which has a thriving and growing corporate practice.

The successful candidate will work closely with the partners and senior associates to continue to build the firm profile and expand the corporate offering. The firm operates a very collegiate and supportive environment and this role will suit a practitioner who is ambitious and hard-working with excellent communication skills.

THE ROLE

The firm offers expert advice around all corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, re-organisations, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate governance and compliance advices. The corporate team has extensive experience across a broad range of industry sectors and this role will require a solicitor with a strong track record and experience in all corporate transactional and general corporate work. 

THE PERSON

  • You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ experience primarily within a corporate transaction focused role (acquisitions, disposals, mergers, restructurings) with experience in general corporate work, commercial contracts and corporate governance advices
  • You will have an excellent academic background, excellent drafting skills, excellent technical skills and be a detail oriented practitioner
  • You will be comfortable in a client facing role and be interested in and capable of building good relationships with clients
  • You will have the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
